Why do the arms in the scan look skinny or why are they cut off? Why does the face look disfigured?

This typically occurs when the scan subject moves their arms or head during the scan. If someone moves their arms, then the arms become skinny and "spaghetti like" or they become cutoff. Similarly, if someone moves their head during the scan, the face will look disfigured or smudged.

Please remind all clients to stay as still as possible during the scan to prevent this from happening.
