Why can't I view my progress reports or scan reports on my iPhone?

Some iPhone versions have trouble opening the report PDF files in the Safari browser. Follow these steps if you are having trouble viewing your Styku report on your iPhone.

If you are using an iPhone device and unable to view the reports and see a blank page like the image below, please try the following steps.

Step 1: Download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the app store.

Step 2: Once downloaded and installed, open the email with the report link again, and click the link.  The PDF report should open on your iPhone.
